Do we have full ownership of our dedicated AWS instance?
Yes. Unlike shared platforms, we deploy a sovereign serverless instance directly into your local region. You maintain data residency and total control over your production environment while we handle the maintenance.
What happens if we exceed our included monthly hours?
If your customization or troubleshooting needs exceed the included capacity, any additional work is simply billed at your plan's discounted Overage Rate. We will always notify you before exceeding your limit.
