Who we are
RemitSo is a brand owned by Prymera Consulting Pvt Ltd, a company based in India. We make a white label and source code platform for money transfer businesses. In this policy, "we" means Prymera Consulting Pvt Ltd.

What this policy covers
It covers personal information we handle about people who visit this website, book a demo, fill in a form, write to us, or meet us at an event.
It does not cover your customers’ data on your own platform. When a money transfer business runs on RemitSo, that business decides why and how its customers’ information is used, and its own privacy policy applies. We handle that information only on the business’s instructions, under our agreement with it.

Cookies
We set only essential cookies until you choose. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time. Our Cookie policy lists each cookie, who sets it and how long it lasts.
Where your information goes
We are based in India, and some of our service providers are in the United States and other countries. So your information may be handled outside your own country. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we put them in place before the transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact records for as long as we are in touch and for up to five years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Analytics data is kept for the periods shown in the Cookie policy. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you marketing;
- withdraw a consent you gave, including to cookies.
Write to connect@remitso.com. We will not treat you differently for using your rights, we do not charge for a reasonable request, and we answer within the time your law sets. We may need to confirm who you are first.

Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
How we protect it
We are certified to ISO 27001:2022 for information security. Access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who need it.
